It’s certainly been a memorable summer. We have all been challenged to think creatively, act carefully, and find joy where we can. We are proud of the extraordinary work our team has done to pivot quickly in the face of the pandemic and to spread as much Smirkus magic as possible… online and in person.
However, the cancellation of most of our summer programming has had significant financial impact on Smirkus, and we need the support of our entire community in order to be poised to meet whatever challenges the next months may bring.
The goal of the Resilient and Ready Campaign is to raise $100,000 to help us bounce back from the losses of this summer, and to prepare for a brighter time down the road. So many of you have shown your support for our summer programming (thank you!). We hope you can join in this campaign to keep Smirkus strong, this year, and for years to come.
